Investigating -
Some customers are experiencing an issue when loading files into client documents. If the file is larger than 1MB, some of the file may not be saving to file storage. If this happens, the file will not load when a user tries to view it. The file would need to be re-uploaded.
We are working on a fix for this issue. In the meantime, after you have loaded a file into a client's documents, double click on the file to try and open it. If the file is a PDF, image, or DOCX, it should preview in CNS. If the file does not load, please hold onto the source file on your computer until we have the issue fixed.
We will update this incident once we have a fix deployed.
