Monitoring - Sorry for the duplicate message. I expected the last Post mortem message to include the details in the email notification. So you don't have to click a link to view the details, here is another note. The details are the same as the post mortem message.
We have some users reporting issues with the site since the update. Please clear your browsers cache to clear these issues.
There are two ways to clear your cache:
The fast way. Login to CNS. On the user dashboard, or any page in the site, hold down the CTRL key and press F5. This will do a force reload of the site. This works in Windows. On a Mac, press Cmd (⌘) + Shift + R.
You can also open Chrome’s settings, go to Privacy and Security, Delete browsing data. Select a time window and Delete data.
