Our iHH development team has been hard at work over the last year upgrading the core code for our software. This update powers a new mobile app, improves the look and feel of the system, improves speed, and enables some advanced new functionality.
Key changes you will experience from Sunday 4/12 are:
Some new features in the new mobile app that we hope you will enjoy are: -Bio and Face ID to login -Larger fonts and sharper UI
-Referral forms are now multi-instance referral forms and give you the ability to have versioning -Brand New subforms for Hospital, ER and MD visits available upon request – please email support@ihealthhome.com and indicate what form you would like to add to have these subforms added to -Improved photo upload -Improved home care scheduling capabilities -Improved visual look of Administrative pages -Administrative capabilities to make it easier to keep track of number billed users for the Company -A Kanban style lead pipeline for new referrals make it easier keep track of the status of potential new customers in process. A basic version is included for all customers and can be viewed on the Referral grid by pushing the toggle button in the right corner.
